The institution functions in about 1,70000sq.ft.carpet area located in about 5 lac sq.ft







 

The Department of Hotel management has a lab to train students regional, national and international cuisines cooking ranges individual work table and other equipment with 21 base training kitchen , 12 advance training kitchen,. Quantity training kitchen for 5 thousand pax. Two modern 3 deck electric baking oven trains the students in baking items, Two salamander, Two mobile Tandoori pot, Bread Slicer, dough Kneader, Egg Beater, cookie Kneader are the other equipments.














 

The Department of VC has photography studio with dark room, Digital animation studio(web designing), professional video cum audio studio and mini review theatre.






 

The laboratory of Nutrition and Dietetics has been modernized with centralized gas line for 20 cooking ranges and new gadgets like microwave oven.












 

The department of Biotechnology houses its lab in a 1320sq.ft spacious hall with modern equipments such as PCR thermal cycle, C-24 centrifuge, Spectronic-20,Gel documentation, the department trains its students in microbiological, immunological and electrophoretic techniques.






 

A well equipped computer science laboratory with centralized air-condition facility, 2 Xeon server, 100 HCL P IV , 50 HP Dual core systems, highly enhanced structure cabling, Internet facility and licensed software imparts practical training to its under graduate and post graduate students.












 

Department of Fashion Technology with modernized power sewing machines, TUKATECH Software Design , Wet processing lab and modernized Textile Testing Lab. The department of fashion technology conducts practical training to its students in Drafting pattern, Marker making, Cutting plan Execution, testing of Textile materials , Fabric manufacturing process , Sample co-ordination , Fabric Dyeing , Garment-style creation , Printing technique , Design Development, studio design works.
